8.6.08: August is Here

7.12.08: Summer Summer is here which for me means a lot of time off touring to work. I've been busy working on editing the film and I'm fortunate to say in addition I've been directing a few music videos. Don't want to spill the beans too early, so I'll update whenever they are released.

Also, I uploaded a much higher res version of the video clip, which looks a billion times better. Head over to the Video page to check that out.

3.21.08: Recent News / Happenings
We are gearing up for a pretty big tour with two bands I'm excited to be able to see each night: Spoon and The Walkmen. Some of the venues look like they could be really awesome, I'm especially excited for this place in Iowa.

In addition to prepping for tour, I've been meeting with producers about financing the film. I'm feeling out the possibility of outside investors alleviating the financial pressure, which at times has been quite heavy to carry independently.

Lastly, Box Elder, a film I had the pleasure of being an extra in (read: probably on the cutting room floor) has been making waves recently. The director and I shared a few beers after a Rabbits show at Mojo's last fall, so it's good to see a friend doing well. He's currently on tour with the film, so check it out if it lands in your town.

3.02.08: New Press Photos
Did a photoshoot with the band for new press shots a few nights ago. It was a difficult night, but just as we were ready to give up on the hope that we could get one we could all agree with, I had an idea so I took about 5 similar to this since everyone was tired and anxious and we called it done.
